Surface Protection

The Diamite floor hardener and dustproofer was applied into the equipment pads, machine room, ramps, & car parking areas of approximately 1.3 hectares.

The Bitaflex Membrane was applied at the bath tub, C.R., deck, basement, ledge, chiller & blower, kitchen and Tank Room.

The Bitaflex was incorporated into the roofdeck, plant box, T&B.

The Diamite & Rokite was applied into the 2nd production area.

The Gripset 51 was applied into the exterior areas.

The Ultrodeck BT was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Diamite floor hardener and dustproofer was applied into the parking area of approximately 33, 000m2.

The Mariseal 260 was incorporated into the septic tanks.
The Bitaflex was incorporated into the elevator machine roofdeck.

The Mariseal 250 was incorporated into the roofdeck, GI Roof, floor slab.
The Cementseal TLE was incorporated into the cistern tanks.
The Sto Jumbosil was incorporated into the facade wall.

The Bitaflex was applied into the Toilets & Baths.

The Gripset RD was applied into the concrete gutter.

The Ultrodeck BT was incorporated into the roofdeck.

The Rokite (blue- gray) floor sealer was applied into the chiller electrical room, genset room, pump room & 3rd floor partial hallway of approximately 1200m2.

The 3CC, Aquapel, Stocrete 4222, Sealant, Ultrodeck UV, and Ultrodeck Bt was applied at the basement, wet areas, water tanks, landscaped roofdecks, roofdecks, dome, other roof and external and internal wall and parapet wall.

The Stopox WL-100 was incorporated into the warehouse.

The Diamite & Rokite was applied into the gutter areas.
